Indisciplined Invigilators at NTS Exam Venues

Venue: Jinnah University North Nazimabad Karachi
Room: A26
Roll num: 33110227X
I would like to complain about the invigilator in Room number A26, Jinnah University on Nov 17, 2019.
The behaviour of the invigilator was highly disrespecting.
There were a few instances when he was behaving very rudely with all the candidates. As I was not able to find my roll number on the seat I asked him. He said 'idhar nazar nai a rha jo puch rahay ho'
I asked him about the time and he showed me his watch. As i was not able to see the time clearly I asked him to show it once again. he said 'ghar le kar jao gay kya ghari'
My question is: What type of people are you hiring as the invigilators for NTS exams?
Why are they so disrespective?
And, why NTS doesn't have a complaint email ID where people can send emails?
